TREMOR GR® 0.05

TREMOR GR 0.05 is a granule formulated synthetic pyrethroid insecticide with contact and
stomach action for the control of maize stalk borers.

Active Ingredient: Beta-cyfluthrin 0.5g/Kg

Mode of Action:
Contact and stomach action poison which combines a rapid knock-down effect with long lasting effect.

Timing of application:
Scouting for stalk borers and/or their symptoms on maize should start two (2) weeks after the crop
emergence. You may notice borer’s eggs/larvae or/and borer damaged maize leaves and plants.
Apply TREMOR GR 0.05 into the maize funnels approximately 28 days after crop emergence. The
maize plant will be about 30cm tall, or at mature person’s knee high stage.
Application may be repeated 30 days thereafter, but before the crop flowering stage.
