Parsley

Parsley is a beautiful bright green curly leaves. Curly parsley has a mild flavor and is a favourite when it comes to garnishing your dishes. Used on roasts, soups and cheese boards, the curly parsley is a lovely visual effect.

Can be used in a bouquet garni, and lovely added to rice with tomatoes, lemon juice and olive oil.

An improved strain of parsley with dark green curly leaves. Biennial.
