Delan 500 SC

Delan is a surface-acting fungicide that inhibits protein formation to prevent fungal spore germination and germ tube growth. It is most effective when used as part of a protectant program, and in apples can be tank-mixed with DMI (Group C) fungicides as a preventative addition.

A non-ionic wetting agent must be added when Delan is being applied to stone fruit. When tank-mixed with pesticides for use in other crops require a wetting agent, the agent used must be non-ionic

Dithianon is a synthetic compound of the quinine family. It acts as a conventional, protective, broad-spectrum fungicide in apples, pears and many other fruits. Dithianon is applied as a foliar spray and is surface acting.
