BRILLIANT is a foliar fertilizer which is normally applied to actively growing plants, It improves on root hair formation and healthy root setting. It increases vegetative growth and gives crop a deep green coloration of leaves (Chlorophyll) which increases photosynthesis.

BRILLIANT is based on phosphorous acid and is neutralized with ammonium hydroxide with ammonium phosphite as the resultant salt.
